Practice makes better!
Meet sifu Sean
My name is Sean Stefaniak, owner and chief instructor of Eight Animal Martial Arts. I have been training martial arts including kung-fu, kickboxing, and wrestling for twenty years and I've been teaching for over ten years.
Martial arts has provided me with confidence, strength, focus, and lifelong friendships. It has taught me the values of respect, discipline, and kindness. It challenges me to become a better version of myself each and every day and I credit my martial arts training to my success in school, athletics, and life. I have seen martial arts do the same for so many children over my twenty years of practice and ten years teaching and it is my goal and my passion to share these experiences and values with today's youth. |
EIGHT ANIMALS OF Kung-FU
Techniques and movements taught at Eight Animal Martial Arts are inspired by the eight animals of traditional kung-fu.
