Eight Animal Martial Arts has a program for everyone! Whether you're a young athlete in training or an adult ready to begin your fitness journey, join a community where every challenge is an opportunity to better yourself.
For Kids (Ages 3-4): Movement and Focusing Skills Class
(30 Minutes)
This program is designed specifically for children who are three years old. By mixing creative movement with age appropriate games, we prepare young children for pre school, kindergarten, and beyond as well as our age 4+ kung-fu program by teaching focusing skills and classroom etiquette. Children will learn what it means to be respectful to their teachers, parents, siblings, and classmates as well as how to pay attention in a class. This program also emphasizes fitness and encourages students to make healthy choices as they grow.
For Kids (Ages 4-6): Kung-Fu Classes
(30 Minutes)
Children ages 4+ will learn self defense skills and traditional martial arts while exercising and having fun.
Martial arts is about more than just punching and kicking. Our program instills confidence, teaches concentration and focusing skills, and emphasizes the importance of values such as respect, discipline, honesty, and kindness. Additionally, children will learn to have a positive attitude and healthy outlook on life and to value academics and do well in school.
Health and fitness are also major components of classes. Students will increase their speed, agility, flexibility, stamina, and strength by learning how to challenge themselves during exercise. Students will also learn the importance of eating healthy, drinking water, and getting enough sleep.
For Kids (Ages 7-12): Kung-Fu Classes
(45 Minutes)
Children ages 7+ will learn self defense skills and traditional martial arts while exercising and having fun.
Martial arts is about more than just punching and kicking. Relieve stress, learn something new, and meet new friends in this challenging, yet fun, 45 minute kung-fu/kickboxing class. Beginners welcome!
For Adults (Ages 18+): Fitness Kickboxing Classes
(45 Minutes)
This program is for anybody 16+ regardless of current fitness level or experience.
Punch bags, hit mitts, and get your body moving! Learn traditional kickboxing techniques in a high energy, supportive environment. Become the best version of yourself!
Whether your goal is to burn calories and lose weight, tone up and build muscle, improve stamina, relieve stress, or simply to “get in shape,” our fitness kickboxing program will have you feeling your best!

For those seeking a customized fitness regimen, our personal training program is second to none. Designed to align with your individual goals, our personal training program offers specialized guidance in martial arts techniques and physical conditioning. Improve your physical and mental health today!
Small Group Training
(45 Minutes)
Small groups of 2-3 friends/family members/co-workers/etc. can choose a time that works with your schedule to come in to our studio and challenge each other to get better and stronger with 45 minute fitness kickboxing workouts that combine cardio and strength training! Learn something new and get into incredible shape all while having a good time with your crew!
Birthday Parties
Children ages 4+ may invite up to 15 friends for an epic kung-fu birthday party! Enjoy one and a half hours of kung-fu fun, demonstrations, games, and more! Last 20 minutes is dedicated for food, birthday cake, and gifts in our lobby area. Students and non students are welcome to host birthday parties with us!
